Questions

What does one credit buy?

A credit is a unit of inspection work. A first assessment of one product costs code inspection 40, infrastructure 60, visual testing 30, tracer data flow 50 credits. Monitoring the same product afterwards costs 10, 15, 10, 15 credits a month, in the same order.

Can I run a single pillar?

Yes. A plan covers any set of pillars, from one to all four. The pillars you pick change the plan and its price, and choosing more of them earns a bundle discount. Pack credits are not tied to a pillar.

Do credits expire?

Pack credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase. Plan credits roll over for 1 month, then lapse.

Can I move from a pack to a plan?

Yes. Start a plan at any time. Unused pack credits stay on your account until they expire, and pack credits can be spent on any pillar, while plan credits are spent on the plan's pillars.

How is qualified legal review priced?

Separately, and never through credits. Credits pay for technical inspection. A qualified lawyer's review of your findings is scoped and quoted on its own, so a credit balance never implies that one has happened.
